Spinal cord injury (complete and incomplete)

​主題:

Research on spinal cord stimulation and multimodal electrical stimulation rehabilitation program (such as exoskeleton robot) to improve lower limb function in patients with spinal cord injury

Purpose and expected benefits:

This study is expected to improve the lower limb function and blood circulation system of patients with spinal cord injury through spinal cord electrical stimulation and multimodal rehabilitation planning, combined with smart medical devices such as exoskeleton robots, so that they can stand or walk independently.

臨床研究招募條件:

• Those who are willing to improve lower limb function

• Age range: 20-60 years old, regardless of gender

• Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) patients

• The patient has been ill for more than one year

• People undergoing ongoing rehabilitation after spinal cord injury surgery

• Patients need to undergo spinal cord stimulation surgery​

• Long-term rehabilitation and assessment can be performed after surgery

​主題:

Study on the effect of spinal cord stimulation on improving upper limb motor sensory function in stroke patients

​目的與預期效益:

To explore the study on the improvement of upper limb mobility under the treatment strategy of spinal cord stimulation combined with personalized rehabilitation training

Clinical research recruitment conditions:

• Patients are actively willing to improve upper limb function

• Age range: 20-70 years old, regardless of gender

• Single unilateral stroke patients

• Fugl-Meyer score is above 7 and below 45

• Patients receiving spinal cord stimulation for neuropathic pain

• Rehabilitation and assessment can be combined during the trial period (at least 1 month)​
